I am a highly experienced medical educationist and academic administrator with a strong technical background in the installation, operation, maintenance, and training related to specialized medical and educational equipment. Over the course of my career, I have overseen the implementation and troubleshooting of assessment technologies such as OSPE/OSCE stations, high-fidelity simulation systems, telemedicine platforms, and integrated learning management systems (LMS) in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical education settings.
My hands-on experience includes the deployment and functional oversight of examination software systems, audiovisual equipment for medical simulation labs, and digital assessment tools. I have led quality audits and operational reviews for technology-enabled teaching and assessment platforms, ensuring compliance with international standards in assessment validity and reliability. I have also worked closely with IT departments and facility teams to upgrade or install critical infrastructure such as networked exam hubs, secure data storage units, and real-time monitoring systems for academic assessment.
I have supervised technical and academic staff in the management of capital and operational budgets, ensuring appropriate procurement and maintenance of medical education technologies.
