My role to make research proposal to grant scientific project on lab and on piolet scale, participate our team work in lab project experimental, solving technical problem and writing report and paper.
Worked in project with UNESCO (climate change) by using sustainable economic method Sinking CO2 using Mycorrizal fungi. Production of polyhydroxy butyrate using sustainable economic method by transform milk waste using bacteria . Production of DNA extraction kit (STCE, National research center and city of scientific research and technology and Vacceria Company) using Technology transfer. Production of biogas using sustainable economic method by degradation and recycle of waste using bacteria and fungi.
My research interests are as follow: Biotechnology (DNA and RNA extraction, PCR amplification, (specific RAPD, ISSR, ITS, gene isolation) and cloning, SDS-PAGE, Isozymes, western blotting, DNA sequencing, sequence analysis and primer design). Tissue culture. Microbiology (mycology). Chromatography: TLC, HPLC, HPTLC, Silica column chromatography (fractionation) and IC-MS /MS QQQ. Genetic engineering and synthetic biology. Production of (chemical, drug, enzyme, biofuel, biogas) using biotechnology. Production of nanomaterial by biotechnology and safety assessment, Degradation of (chemicals, plastic, explosive) using biotechnology, Biosensor, Water Energy, Bioassy (Screening toxin in vivo and in vitro in living organism, Cytology, toxicology, Artemia test, Methyl Thiazol Tetrazolium (MTT), mcf 7 cell line and fibroblast cell line.
