I am a software engineering professional with a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Xinjiang University, China, and extensive experience in technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, system implementation, and training. My professional background combines software development, IT infrastructure support, technical project coordination, and university-level teaching.

As a Senior Lecturer at Riphah International University, Malakand Campus, I teach computing and software engineering subjects, guide students in practical laboratory work, and support the implementation and use of technical systems and software tools. My responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, assisting users with system-related problems, explaining complex technical concepts, and helping students and colleagues develop practical technical skills.

I also have experience coordinating final-year projects, monitoring technical progress, guiding project teams, and supporting the effective use of software development tools and digital platforms. In my role as an FYP Incharge and focal person for the Ignite FYP funding portal, I coordinate technical documentation, project monitoring, and communication between students, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders.

My key strengths include systematic troubleshooting, technical documentation, user training, problem analysis, software installation and configuration, and the ability to communicate technical procedures clearly to people with different levels of expertise. I have also completed training in Outcome-Based Education (OBE), strengthening my ability to design structured training activities and evaluate learning outcomes.

I am particularly interested in applying my technical and instructional experience to specialized equipment support, including installation, maintenance coordination, troubleshooting, operational training, and the preparation of user guides and technical documentation. I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to resolving technical problems, improving system reliability, and helping users operate technology effectively and safely.
