Dr. Khurram Shahzad is Professor and Dean at Faculty of Management Sciences, Riphah Int’l University, Islamabad Pakistan. Dr. Shahzad holds a Post-Doc and PhD in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior and MBA in IT Management. Dr. Shahzad has more than two decades of corporate and academic experience. He also provides trainings, capacity building and consultancy services to numerous national and multinational organizations like PharmEvo, Secretariat Training Institute (STI), WAPDA Staff College, National Bank Staff College, Sihala Police College, Pakistan Air Force and Pak Army Officers. He has received national and international awards including Best University Teacher Award from HEC and Best Research Award from USA. He has published his research in many renowned peer-reviewed international journals with aggregate impact factor of more than 60 and has also presented his research papers in numerous international conferences in more than 20 countries. He serves as reviewer for several impact factor international journals and is also the managing editor of Journal of Islamic Business & Management. He is a member of BOG, Selection Board, Academic Council, ORIC, BASR, Board of Faculty & Board of Studies of different universities. Dr Shahzad is also HEC-NBEAC Mentor & Peer Review Member and SAR Reviewer for QEC. Dr Shahzad introduced faculty industrial attachment policy and has special interest in Industry-Academic Linkages. He has also published several case studies. His research interest are Leadership, Islamic Work Ethics, Project Behavior and Employee Attitudes and Behaviors.
