Am a calibration and maintenance professional with over 9 years of hands-on experience in laboratory operations, water quality analysis, treatment-process monitoring, equipment maintenance coordination, troubleshooting, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
My technical experience covers the operation and monitoring of water and wastewater treatment systems, including pumps, valves, chemical dosing systems and process-control equipment. My practical experience is identifying operational faults, supporting troubleshooting and maintenance activities, monitoring equipment performance and ensuring safe and efficient operation.
I have extensive experience in laboratory testing and quality control, particularly in water and environmental analysis. My responsibilities include laboratory quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), calibration verification, documentation, corrective actions and compliance with laboratory quality-management requirements, including ISO/IEC 17025, as well as relevant aspects of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
My technical background also includes SCADA-based process monitoring, data interpretation, equipment performance monitoring and continuous improvement. I have worked in multidisciplinary environments involving laboratory technologists, technicians, engineers and treatment-plant operators.
I have experience supporting technical training, staff mentoring, audits, preventive and corrective actions, and the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Am able to share practical knowledge on laboratory practices, equipment operation, process monitoring, quality procedures, maintenance coordination and basic troubleshooting.
