I bring 20+ years of international experience at the intersection of software engineering, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, applied to industrial and energy-sector contexts. My specialization is the software, AI, and systems-engineering layer that increasingly sits on top of specialized equipment: the control logic, requirements, data pipelines, and digital models that determine how equipment performs, is monitored, and is optimized.

Currently, I serve as Requirements and Process Manager at Fronius International, within the Solar & Energy business unit, where I work on requirements engineering and process design for energy technology systems, including the kind of power electronics and control systems (e.g., solar inverters) that require rigorous technical specification, validation, and cross-team coordination between hardware and software engineering.

I am also a Docent at the Institute of Software Systems Engineering at Johannes Kepler University (JKU) Linz focusing on formal methods and AI, a discipline centered on rigorously verifying that software and control systems behave correctly, which is directly relevant to safety-critical or high-precision equipment environments (industrial automation, medical device software, etc.), even though my own work was on the verification methodology rather than the physical devices.

I also founded and served as the first Managing Director of the Sino-Pak Center for Artificial Intelligence, building the center from the ground up, including its team, operations, and technical direction. That experience involved capacity-building and knowledge transfer at an institutional level, which speaks to my ability to structure and lead technical training and development initiatives, distinct from equipment-specific operator training.

Where I can add value to the COMSTECH network: AI-driven predictive maintenance and diagnostics for industrial and energy equipment; requirements engineering and formal specification for equipment control software; digital twin and simulation-based approaches to equipment testing and optimization; and IoT/data integration for equipment monitoring, particularly in renewable energy and manufacturing contexts.
