Dr Muhammad Azeem s is an analytical and biochemist with vast experience of working with small organic molecules and their biological activities. He has vast experience of working on the chemical analysis of volatile organic compounds using SPME, SPE followed by GC-FID and GC-MS. He also worked on the analysis of non-volatile compounds using HPLC-UV, HPLC-MS and UPLC-MS. He is expert of essential oil extraction from various aromatic plants, characterization and compositional analysis of flavor and fragrance compounds and essential oils using chromatography mass spectrometry. Moreover, he is good in developing and conducting various biological assays against insects such as Aedes mosquitos, flour beetles and plant and human pathogenic microbes.
