Monitoring power quality and energy performance require a high tech equipment called as Power Quality Analyzer and energy Metering. Having involve in various monitoring activities Power Quality and Energy in Malaysia, the using of this monitoring are very important to acquire a reliable data to assess the system performance in electrical perspective. With the various experience on monitoring activity, I've been appointed as consultant from various agency i.e government or private sector to share my experience on handling and using such equipment for the purpose of Powe Quality and Energy monitoring. On top of that, I'm also involve in Power Quality Monitoring instrument research and development to cater the local need of monitoring. This monitoring device are instrumental to ensure the electrical system are reliable as what it is expected. It is also can be used to evaluate the performance of renewable energy resource when it being integrated in grid system.
