About

As a researcher working at the intersection of multiple disciplines, I have actively contributed to a broad range of research domains encompassing diverse organisms and biological systems. However, my primary and long-term research focus lies in the development of computational methods, resources, and software tools for pan-genomics—a field critical to understanding genomic diversity, structural variation, and gene presence/absence patterns across species.
My current research activities are centered on pan-genome construction and analysis, with an emphasis on developing scalable pipelines for large-scale comparative genomics. In addition, I am engaged in the analysis of bulk and single-cell sequencing data, enabling high-resolution insights into cellular heterogeneity and transcriptional dynamics. I also lead projects on genome annotation, intraspecies diversity exploration, and functional genomics profiling, contributing to the annotation and discovery of novel gene families and regulatory elements.
A significant part of my research involves host-pathogen interaction analysis using machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms, aimed at uncovering predictive biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Furthermore, I am actively involved in big data visualization and interpretation, ensuring the biological insights derived from complex datasets are made accessible through user-friendly platforms and interactive interfaces.
My interdisciplinary approach integrates genomics, artificial intelligence, and data science to address fundamental biological questions and translational challenges.
