Dr Hamid Mukhtar has been working in different areas of Biotechnology especially Biofuels/Bioenergy (Bioethanol, Biodiesel, Biogas, Microbial Fuel Cells), Bioremediation and Protein purification & characterization etc. Dr Mukhtar completed his PhD in 2006 from Government College University, Lahore and the post-doctorate from Harvard University, USA. Dr Mukhtar has expertise in Bioprocessing/Fermentation technology and is expert in running and troubleshooting bioreactrors/fermenters. In addition, he is also expert in running HPLC and LPC.
